I was very disappointed by my most recent visit to the BBD at 946 w beale st in Kingman Az. Myself, my wife, sister, niece, nephew and a coworker stopped for "brunch after a long morning of moving products at the office and were really looking forward to a typical BBD meal. The service as usual was great. The food fantastic. We had just finished when a very young person came over (did not introduce herself) and demanded that the very small dog I had with me be placed under the table. I informed her that it is too dirty under the table to put her there. She then asked if it was a service dog. Poppy has on a pink harness with Service Dog clearly labeled twice for anyones benefit. sadly, I think this black bear is lacking good help. A number of times the few on duty were oblivious to us. We stood at hostess podium for 10+ minutes before anyone acknowledged us at all. Same thing happened when we wanted to pay. The food was very good however!
The waitress was so slow very bad customer service it seemed like all the waitresses where not having a good night no one smiled they all looked mad besides that the fish and chips 👎 pot roast was 👍🏻 I would go back just because the customer service sucked 👎👎👎
After being on the road for nine hours, my spouse and I were looking forward to a good meal on our way to Vegas. We were greeted by Jessica, who was extremely rude and argumentative with me. I told her there were two of us and she responded with, “I can see that, you don’t need to tell me. They have meth addicts working for them. If you want meth sweet in your food the eat here. If you don't then go somewhere else. I use to eat here when they first opened but once I found out that a person that I use to do meth with and my wife keeps relapsing with cooks here I stopped going. They need to test everyone and fire the ones that do it. Management included.
