Walked out after waiting an hour for our food. Server didn't even come and check on us after we ordered. She just left us sitting there forever. The table next to us walked out after 20 minutes of not even having a drink order taken... what a joke. Don't bother with this place. Stick to IHOP down the street.

I love the food there but disappointed twice in a row buoth visits I asked for my bacon � cooked crispy. I received it partly uncooked looking. They take it back to cook well. Took forever to get back. Weird that they don't get you another order but they cook your bacon you originally ordered.
Went to use my birthday certificate so can't complain of the price since mine was free! Just wish it could've been a choice of something more than breakfast. Had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated, then after our order was placed had to wait another 15 minutes. Portions were wonderful it was just so time consuming to get to the actual eating! Love the bear motif and the whole atmosphere. Definitely will go again!

My mother and I just had a very nice dinner there. Chicken penne pasta pesto, was very good, but the waitress was not very attentive. She never did come back to check on us or refill our drinks. I had to ask the hostess to find our waitress to ask for to go boxes and the check. I hope this was isolated. We have never experienced this lack of service at the other locations we visit.
