Can't beat the price. Food portions are large, but the taste is on the bland side. Staff is really nice, and our server did the best he could, but the service is very slow, which means they're understaffed. There's typically a very long wait to be seated, even when the place was half full, so again, understaffed. It is not unusual for people to be waiting outside since the inside waiting area is practically non-existent. So when they called us, we didn't hear them, but they also didn't check outside either. RecommendedThe wait was not okay. We sat outside for about 35 minutes, went in to check if they were going to call us any time soon and looked like they called 4 to 5 other parties ahead of us. They sat us in about another 5 minutes... Unfortunately the table that they sat us at was only meant for 4 people but we had 5. �. Large portions of mediocre food with below average service.
The double bacon blast was awesome when we first went here in the late afternoon. The 2nd time we went was after dark. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and confused although there weren't tons of customers. The DBB that finally came was different and unimpressive compared to our first visit. Also, I was told they were 'out' of onion rings, and I'd gave to settle for the mashed potatoes. They were good, but our second visit was, well, weird.
