Service is so slow....25 minutes to get a salad on a Wednesday night...you've been open long enough to work the bugs out by now...think I will pass on this place...is the Fullerton location any better? Very disappointed...

Too much to explain. Just so sad with this place, we really wanted to like it, but after 2 bad experiences here I won't be going back for a 3rd time.
The service was acceptable, but where are the "huge portions" everyone is talking about? I ordered the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and, although it tasted good, there were only 3 pieces of it. The only thing it came with was "fresh" fruit, but there was little of that and it was all out of season and totally inedible. I had to order two eggs on the side so I wouldn't still be hungry, which were not even cooked the way I ordered them. I definitely left unsatisfied.
First time coming here tonight took 20 minutes just to finally get our drinks then I ordered the hot turkey sandwhich and when I got it they forgot the mashe'd potatoes and there was hardly no gravy my husband order got messed up ad well not sure if I ever wanna go back

I've been there twice now where they have served me burnt sausage, not just a little burnt but blatantly burnt, hard burnt. My eggs were not cooked enough and it was served cold. They tried to fix it but eggs came out runny again just gave up. The pancakes are amazing. What I don't get is the cook new that sausage was burned he put it on my plate, the server obviously saw it was burned and served it to me anyway. He asks how everything is and I tell him and he looks at me like he can't believe I'm complaining. I only got 1... read more
It was terrible ordered ice tea got mango sugar in corn bread and ingredients in clam chowder got my body in the shakes when tri tip w shrimp came meat was ice cold had to send it back when it came back complete plate but meat was cold then to put out $60 I should've went to McDonald's
