I've have been waiting 25 plus minutes for a simple breakfast order, I've been informed my meal us running late, no shit. I will never be back here again.

So sad today 😟 Been eating at Black Bear for years & enjoying good food & service. Ate there 2 weekend ago & food was horrible. Hash Browns tasted rancid and Eggs Benedict was very bland. Ate there today 9/10 and sadly food was worse. Hash Browns not cooked, pancakes just not good (no flavor & partially raw). Omelet was edible but biscuits were not fully cooked. The service is still good but I'll not be back for any more food. 😥

I have been to a few different Black Bear Diner’s but this location is by far the absolute worst! We walked in at 11:40. Didn’t get a table until 12:15.(normal seating time for a restaurant) but then the girl that took our drink order acted like we were bothering her by ordering something other than water. We never saw her again, then another waitress walks over about 15 minutes later with our drinks. It is now 12:30 and the waitress took our order. closed for fire remodel. who knows when it will reopen
We have been going here for several years and today and a few weeks ago when we went the food, has been cold, over cooked or dry. I know they are short staffed but the food has been awful. I am not sure if we will go there any more
Service was awful!!!! Waited for almost hour for food. Waitress was horrible ! Very rude !! Never apologized for long wait said “yep that’s what you get on a Saturday!!”

I am usually pleased with our Black Bear Diner. But today, in an almost empty restaurant, we have been waiting almost an hour and our server hasn't been over one time to update us on our order. The kitchen seems to moving at slow speed. An update from the server would have been appreciated. Everyone seems to be awfully concerned about the order screen and not about checking in on their tables. Very disappointed in our experience today.
