Club sandwich was nicely done, except the wheat bread was dried out. Ruined it for me. Husband’s French fries were soggy, served enough for three. Was the kitchen trying to unload? Hamburger was good, grilled onions were raw. 😡

Our food took more than an hour to get out to us. They apparently lost the ticket. Very unprofessional and then they only discounted the kids meals? Not happy with it

Went for the advertised dinners for Thanksgiving . They were out of the ham and prime rib, stuffing, Diet drinks . It was very busy and most servers seemed upbeat except ours. Not a good experience.

Isn’t what it used to be. When it’s slow it can be ok. Anywhere close to busy and your rolling the dice on quality of food and service.

Why serve ice tea, when you don't have any lemons or lemon juice and there is a grocery store next door, that's just BAD customer service!!! And don't tell me that you have to wait for your supply to come in because that's just B.S.
