I came to have Thanksgiving dinner with my kids. 1 of the line cooks was swearing at other staff threatening to f them up. 2 managers were there and did nothing to stop him I watched 3 cooks walkout. I will never go there again they were very rude and unprofessional. My children kept asking are we safe mom that broke my heart. Shame on that line cook and management they should have fired him on the spot. I really hope the other black bear diners managers don't allow this type of stuff. I have eaten here before, but with this reopening they suck why is there a cook in back with a full beard with no face covering and F@@@@ screaming music coming from the kitchen i will not come back

I am so embarrassed as I took out of town guess to Black Bear for breakfast/lunch today 1:15 pm Tue 1/7/2020. Our waiter was good to begin with for drinks. However, 25 mins & 4 request (once from the asst. mgr) for coffee refills the asst mgr. continued to bus tables before completing our request for more coffee. I did complain to asst mgr about the problem & she blamed the weight staff & issue for training. WRONG. Waiter took our order at the same time he served our drinks. when a table of 5 walks in sits down don't ignore table for 30 mins especially when the place isn't busy
