Why serve ice tea, when you don't have any lemons or lemon juice and there is a grocery store next door, that's just BAD customer service!!! And don't tell me that you have to wait for your supply to come in because that's just B.S.
Used to be my favorite breakfast place for eggs Benedict, the last two times, I was served hard boiled eggs. It is a shame, I have brought it to the servers attention as we are leaving but the desire doesn't seem to be there anymore. I miss the gal who used to make sure everything was perfect

We walked in with a party of 15. It took an hour and twenty minutes for everyone to get their food. Multiple tables came in after we were seated and ordered who were served and left before we ever got our food. The waitress was apologetic and did the best she could but it is not an experience I will ever repeat. I will not be back.
