Let people know the gravy is plain gravy NOT the sausage gravy you would expect biscuits in the morning to come with. Also not dios mios people who have coupons and are there for the first time ever. Sorry your machine wouldn't let me pay the tax on the free meal, I would have said round it up a couple bucks for gratuity but you instead got frustrated and dios mios pressed cash and scurried away. We usually love coming here but after our last visit I don’t think we will be back. The restaurant was absolutely freezing, the restroom was a mess and our table was dirty. We were also shocked when we got our bill to see our waitress had added a ton of up charges and didn’t even say a word to us. We were charged for an extra drink we never got, I was charged over $5 for a side of fruit when I was told she would just swap my toast out and so much more. I can’t comment on the food because after waiting for almost 2 hours, we didn’t receive anything but a salad and the kids meals. We finally asked for our food to go because my toddler and infant weren’t going to be quiet much longer, that couldn’t even be accomplished. We ordered our deserts when we ordered our food and couldn’t even get those because they were sold out by the time we walked out. 100% do not recommend eating there until the staffing and food issues are fixed.

the Latin, Mexican lady there should really work on her customer service and actually make you feel welcomed. I have never had a good experience with her. I often grab food from here to get me through my work day and I won't be doing it anymore. I'll be going out of my way to another place instead.
Usually they give you good amounts of food and make it look presentable. Unfortunately this is what I got when I ordered for pick up. My sandwich was not put together and I had very little Turkey, this is what a regular club looks like? Have been here about 5 times and this is the 2nd having a bad experience. I am not sure if I will be returning.
just went there for breakfast and lady who was manager was so rude and Hateful was.the reason we left and NEVER Will go to this location again ! Gee I'm surprised that this place is still open for business.
