In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. We had breakfast at this restaurant , I highly recommend this place. I had the cinnamon bun French toast omg was it incredible. Fresh, hot and delishous. Prices are good, large portions and good value. Wish we had this resturant in NC.
