I went to the Las Vegas location with my wife and daughter, we had to wait 20 or so minutes to be seated because they were quite busy. No problem. After we were seated, it took approximately 10-15 minutes just to get beverages. The server was very energetic and knew the product well. So after placing our food order, it took close to another 35-40 minutes for the food to show up. For breakfast, we spent approximately 1 1/2-2 hours start to finish. 2nd visit here. This time, we didn't wait long to get seated. The 1st time, different story, from over hearing, seems they didn't have clean tables or utensils. Both times there weren't utensils on the table, seems to be common on these reviews and also other tables while we were there. We ordered coffee and iced tea, waited awhile for refills on both and the tea was really weak, again! That Lipton is horrible, maybe changing brands would help, Passion tea would be nice too.
