I found a hair in my breakfast this morning they took care of my bill but I feel they should have taken care of the whole bill.
Food took over 45 minutes, we ordered a burger steak house , 3 breakfast plates and a club sandwich. The food looked like it was sitting on the window forever . Garnish was a sad little piece of watermelon , and the gravy on the plates was dry. The bill was over $70.00, and there was no form of compensation for the wait time. The food was just so overpriced to receive a cold, and bland meal. Very disappointing.
Got quoted 30-45 min for a table for 9 and didn’t get seated for an hour and 10 min. Ordered food about 5 min being seated and didn’t get it till 45ish mins later! Other than the waiting time, food was good and service was good. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a big party. Doesn’t seem like they know how to manage it.. probably won’t be going back to this place though.

Upon checkout, I was informed that the Black Bear club I had enrolled in was not valid. This was not the most pleasant dining experience I had come to expect from Black Bear.

Ive eaten there several times and each time the quality of service and the correct way to cook the food has not been correct from different foods not properly cooked with other items in the plates meal to the floors are always filthy,..I like going there But the expidtitor, or person who checks the tickets or the meals need to be replaced I believe that the concept is gray they just need to keep the place clean get some real vacuums
Service here is very poor. There was a cockroach crawling on our table and our waitress smashes it with a rag and continues wiping down the table with the same rag. She didn’t even ask if we wanted to move. We asked for the manager and she came 10 mins later then seemed mad cause we asked for her. Then she’s in defense mode telling us they have never had this problem before and it must’ve been another customer who brought in the cockroach.
