On yesterday evening it was our first time dining at Black Bear Diner in Laveen Arizona the hospitality was awesome the customer service was awesome until our food came salads were great until the ranch dressing was super salty Cook's said they were sorry and try to exchange it with something else the only thing that is upsetting is after paying over $120 tab you get home and your child's chicken strips are still raw inside but otherwise steaks were good and everything else I'm just glad I didn't give my child this food to e... read more

I Tried Black Bear Dinner 3 Times..All Breakfast Dishes..Aside From The Orange Juice..I Didn't Like The Food..However My Honey Likes Black Bear Dinner..Especially The Portion Sizes..Which Is Generous..Going Back To Try The Salmon Dinner..
On Thursday I ordered online for take out. I got there 10 min early. My hot food was sitting out and I was told it has been there for at least 10 min. I wanted to take it but was told the salad is not ready. I had to wait another 15 min. For the salad to come out. I ask why the hot food is out 25 min before? 1st staff said "I just got here.
