On Thursday I ordered online for take out. I got there 10 min early. My hot food was sitting out and I was told it has been there for at least 10 min. I wanted to take it but was told the salad is not ready. I had to wait another 15 min. For the salad to come out. I ask why the hot food is out 25 min before? 1st staff said "I just got here. Good food but bad service. It really just seems like they were all new employes and did not know how to do things correctly yet so theyd avoid fixing a problem. For starters we waited almost an hour for our food. Then they brought all but one plate. The sever thought two were going to share a plate and offered an additional empty plate even after confirming what each person wanted. That made no sense to me. I thought it was OK. But my husband got really sick ....throwing up and diarrhea all day! Thank god me and my daughter didn't get sick. We all had different items
Had supper, menu clearly stated the chicken wraps were corn tortillas but they were flour (I can have a little, but now my knees hurt) boss had steak it was tough, Hubby had fish and it was undercooked batter was doughy, Friend had chicken fried steak, he didn't have a gripe... I fell in love with the habenero papa bear sauce, had to buy a bottle, not too much vinegar taste. Just had some on my pork. I realize that this is a new location but the staff really needs to step up third game and learn the menu quicker. I’m sure they will improve before to long.
