coconut cream pie does not have ghram cracker crust... service sucked. host didnt want to seat us due to close in 20 minutes. plus the pie didnt even taste like coconut

RecommendedGreat food always just this year they have had such horrible servers 4 out of 10 times i had amazing servers and thats because i had the same server 3 times it upsets me when i can't tip because it makes me look like a cheap customer but wont tip to people who don't seem to like the job they do they are rude and feel bothered when asked for something went to turlock and had excellent service will see how the next visit goes please work your staff on this problem please my family loves this place

Service was horrible rude waitress didn’t listen to my order and never came to check on us for drinks They weren’t even busy at the time either.
Went there today for my husband's birthday and fathers day and up till now today I would highly recommend this place. The service was the worst for as slow as the restaurant was. I ordered a rare prime rib and 45 minutes later they brought me a well done piece of meat. No one came back to our table to see if we needed anything. We got ready to leave no waiter or tab but finally got it. Worst experience in Merced ever.
Been sitting here for 50 mins for fish and chips, everyone in the place has their food (including the people who came in after us) we were just told that our dinners were given to another table..... And that was 15 mins ago.....So no one noticed that our food wasn't brought out..... This is getting ridiculous. I gave this place another shot after they forgot my sister's entire order last time.......We will never come back....
The manager was very rude and looked as though he needed a shower.

(Overpriced) What happened to those awesome pancakes n biscuit n gravy dishes. I'm only giving a 4 star because of the Awesome customer service. If there would have been a Denny's close by I would have gone there n saved about $8.50.
