I’ve been going to black bear for over a year now, every Thursday. This last month the service has been horrible. Visits where the whole time no one comes to check on if we need refills and a 45 minute wait for non fried items. They comped us for the trouble but he said it was cuz we were “regulars” Today they seat us KNOWING WELL that there server was down. Service was ok food was not that good my salad was just a joke tried pickles bad cucumbers the ends of the tomato’s and barely any tuna the boyfriend ordered eggs benidect he got realy sick on it the sauce was no good
The last few times we’ve ordered food to go, they usually mess up our order. I’ve repeated it over & over to make sure they don’t get it wrong & they still do. After driving clear across town, we call them & tell them, they say the manager will call us back...never did. After spending over $50.00 & more each time..,it’s not worth my time or money anymore. #neveragain #byeblackdiner #lousyservice👎🏼🍽👎🏼
I ordered the meat loaf .... it is not fresh , it seems like it’s been in the fridge for a long time .. it is dry not moist . Then the mash potato was dry also , not moist even they added gravy in it . Our waiter was nice , accommodating and very professional on what he does , good customer service
Came With The Family...Should Have Just Went To Jack In The Box. My Corn Muffin Was Microwaved To Long And Became A Rock...My Medium Ribeye Steak Arrived Well Well Done...Burnt. Asked For A New One And Recieved Butcher Scraps...But I Ordered The Ribeye? The Steamed Veggie Melody Was Actually An 80/20 Mix Of Dry Old Carrots That Had Already Started Turning Brown...And One Minute In The Microwave Doesn't Qualify Them As Steamed...And The Few Pieces Of Bland Broccoli...A New Microwaved Muffin (And They Asked For My Old One)...A... read more
