The wait staff was impeccable, friendly, attentive and very customer oriented. I had the Burger and it was wonderful but... the 5 other people I was with said theirs was just O.K. I know them and they are not picky eaters. Three had been to a Black Bear Dinner prior and really enjoyed the breakfast and remarked it was excellent. The restrooms were awful. They truly lack attention, especially around the faucets.

Food was pretty good it was cold inside it was our first time there!!! We had a salad and my daughter thought she had hair in her plate turns out it was a bug she says nat we told the manager he came said sorry switched her salad and never offered us a discount or anything it was like o well sorry !! So watch those salads people
Will not return to this location had several issues with orders wrong on my lunch hour and did not have time for the orders to be fixed substitutions are not rocket science!

We had breakfast at this location & then the next morning in Bend, Oregon. Quick service but ok food. Nothing particularly outstanding about the food. My biscuits & gravy & sausage were pretty much the same as anywhere else I've had them. My husband liked his pancakes. Our dirty dishes sat on the table until after we left the table. Bends atmosphere was adorable w/ the cute black bear decor. Big bear & baby bear sitting at the counter was so dang cute!!
