the one we went to smelled like sewage backup. the food was blah and the service was poor. we had the meatloaf and it literally had no taste. we had to drench it with ketchup just to eat some of it.

The last few times we’ve been, the service and wait times have been awful. Was there today for lunch with my mother and my sister in law and we were there for ten minutes when we’d ordered our food. They were out of biscuits so we ordered something else and then we sat there for an hour and our food still hadn’t been brought out. When we asked about our food we were told that the online orders were causing them to be backed up and it would be about another 15-20 minutes for our food. Our waiter ignored our table after he tol... read more

Our waitress was great but the other server; a black man was loud talking. He got involved in conversations with customers re: there monthly period, used foul language and acted like he was having a party. You could hear his voice all through the Midwest city restaurant. He was training another man and this loud speaking, party acting attitude was what he was showing to a new trainee. We won’t go back until he is gone. It was a bad atmosphere for eating.

First time to eat here . The meatloaf looked like something that came out of a dog food can. No turkey for a turkey sandwich, so I went for the chicken Alfredo as my final choice after the 1st and was dry and sticky . Will never eat here again. The waiter was helpful and very nice but a little to cool hollering back and forth with the kitchen , cussing with the other guests , I’m guessing they all knew each other . Will not be back

Fish and Chips marketed with “made-to-order cole slaw”, but no one at the restaurant understood what that means. The cole slaw is made a particular way and you get it the way they serve it. Period. The coating on the fish was HARD. Difficult to break through the coating but once I did I discovered meat with zero flavor. Not bad tasting. Not good tasting. No flavor of any kind. Disappointing meal. The french fries were the highlight of the entire order.

Ordered a chocolate cake on a door dash order and received carrot cake. That doesn’t really take allergies into consideration when you screw up that badly.

Pre frozen food and mediocre service. Loud kitchen staff playing loud music from the kitchen.

Sat down, no wait for that. 3 other tables were seated, in our area, after us. All 3 were greeted by their wait person and coffee before any one stopped by our table. Same terrible wait person service as the last time we went there. Food is good but we won’t go there again. It’s too bad the Mid-Del area doesn’t have many breakfast choices.
