first visit. was very disappointed after hearing good reviews decided to try it out. cheeseburger was so dry I had take drink of tea to help me swallow. onion rings tasted like frozen out of a bag. looked dirty and trash on floor when I went back to restroom. not really interested in going back.
Expensive food for what you get. Food is ok but service is slow. Not impress with my first visit.

The service here is notoriously bad, but I came in and was literally the only customer in there and some how still got a raw pancake....
No I've been to the one in Anaheim California and that was good I'm crossing the country Going back to the East Coast and when I stopped overnight in front of my hotel was a black bear diner which is the same as stone in Anaheim except for the food was not great
The service was horrible. We waited 50 minutes for our food and then we were told our order was lost and they close at 9:00. The waitress never checked on us and we saw other customers needing refills and their bill and she never came back. I will never eat here again. I don’t think it will be in business very long.
Not good at all. I wasn’t expecting a chicken fried steak they got at Sam’s or Crest in the frozen food section.
My husband's frozen chicken fry steak was overdone, the hashbrowns and biscuit were crunchy. Elliot never came to back to check on us or to refill our water
