Food wasn't cooked threw out and slow service.

Better service waited 15 minutes after being seated with water and then I had to flag a waiter down who wasn't even or waiter. salad came after meal was served and food was luke warn
catfish was undercooked, I've had better, perhaps I should have went there for breakfast like everyone else...
Horrible service, waitress handed our plates to us across the table, food was warm from lites not from freshly cooked, husbands tri-tip wasn’t cook to ordered and came out looking like a tire. This will be the last time we go to this place.

I’ve been to the BBD three times now & only once was it a wonderful experience, seriously disappointed in the staff and the attitudes that they give if you ask for an extra napkins or ask for an extra fork. Today is the last day I’ll probably ever to come to the BBD after our waitress was rude passive aggressive and said that if we didn’t tip her it wouldn’t hurt because she made money last night! Seriously?! Also I should add she told me that if I didn’t move my phone she was going to smash it with my plate!

My husband and daughter went there this morning. My husband ordered a omelette and asked for no spinach and no onion. It came out with spinach and onions on the inside and on top. The home fries were not cooked all the way through. When the waitress came back over my husband explained to her his problem. She took his food back and brought him a new plate of food, the home fries were done this time but the omelette had bacon and onion on top and onion inside again! No spinach this time!
