Went 12/27 with a party of 4-waitress got all four orders wrong-food sent back and when she returned with 3 orders-2 more were wrong-the third time she returned with 2 orders they were finally right but my husband was still waiting for his pancakes-of course we were all finished when they finally arrived-he took two bites and raw batter-not even cooked-by that time we were there 1hr and 20 minutes trying to get breakfast!! Food was good! Service was horrible. My wife got her food like 10 min after everyone got their meal. Will never go back again.
Just left this place won’t be back service was the worst I have ever experienced. Our waitress even informed up she would be right back she had to go the the restroom! Don’t need that information. Lovely thought when she’s handling our meal Salads after food served and only then because we asked for them NEVER got bread or the sides we ordered. when we asked for to go boxes were told only small were out of regular size however the table next to us were given big ones. Terrible service! We went in, got seated right away but then proceeded to sit (with a toddler) for 10 minutes before we had to flag someone down for service (mind you it was 9:00am on a weekday. It was not that busy!) Instead of asking for our drink orders the woman told us she would "find our server" and scurried off. Meanwhile, there were about 4 employees standing around doing nothing.
