Took over 45 minutes to get a seat for 8 and THEN when food was brought to table, one order took THREE times to get right! Doubt we will be coming back!
We’ve been to the CO location several times & it was always a wonder experience, the ppl were awesome & the food was great!! Tonight was the 3rd time we’ve tried the OK location & it was a third strike, idk we’ll be back anytime soon which stinks! Tonight took the cake! We arrived just before 7pm & was told about a 20-25min wait, no problem. However waited what seemed like forever!! Then once we were finally sat our food took a long time to come out only for my food not to be brought out at all! My husbands meal was missing ... read more

Pretty disappointing. I feel like everything was frozen then microwaved for service. The chicken fried steak is definitely pre made and not fresh to order. It was served luke warm. Got the entrees and had to ask for our salads and cornbread. Had to ask for boxes, dessert menu and check. Bread pudding was like warm with none of the praline sauce mentioned on menu. Tri tips were good. Coffee was good.

I wasn’t impressed with it but they took care of it and didn’t charge us for the food and gave us a free dessert which was awesome
We had a wait which was ok but when we were seated it took awhile before we seen a sever for our drink order longer to place out order. Grandaughter wanted chicken and waffles shenis 7 we asked if there was a children’s order was told yes and when we received the bill they had given her an adult entree that was $13.+ when we asked about it explained what was said they told us “ we are sorry, you should have been told it was an adult entree” that was it even though she barely ate any of it had we known we would have shared. ... read more
We were told there would be a 15 minute wait and we only waited about five minutes so that wasn’t too bad. But then we placed our order and the waitress forgot to put it in. Doubt we’ll be back.
Two of us had chicken fried steaks and they were ok. Third ordered the Tri tip sandwich. Menu says it has coleslaw, pepper jack cheese, tomato and pickle on it. First sandwich had meat, cheese and sauce. By the time the second sandwich came out, we had already eaten and were actually ready to go. So they made it to go. This time it didn’t have the pickle or tomato and skimpy on the sauce. And it was doubtful that the cheese was pepper jack. While they didn’t charge us for the sandwich, we weren’t that impressed.
