Asked how to cook burger I replied medium the burger was so well dun you couldn’t bite. I replyed to waiter got no response. This was the first time I had a bad meal. We won’t go back to that location

I had the BBQ Burger with fries and the fries were sour, you could even smell how sour they were just sitting on the plate. I told the waitress and she offer me a replacement side. I refused and she set the bill on the table and apologized. When I went to pay for the meal and when asked if I was happy with my meal, I said no. She said I'm sorry and just handed me my receipt.
