My chicken wasn't cooked. WTF! So took two bites only to find a ice cold mouth full of not cooked chicken in disbelief I swallowed. Noooooooo. Was already not happy because our waitress had brought us room temp ice tea with no ice. Then my wife had asked for a cup of ice. This took 15 minutes to get ice.... Really. My meal was good, but when it came to dessert, it was another story. The server brought a dessert menu and allowed me to order. 10-15 minutes later, the server returns to tell me they only have ONE of the desserts I ordered. So I requested a second order of the one item they DID have, only to be told that the one I got was the last one. So, I asked for something different... Nope, out of that one too. Really warm evening so we both chose salads. My Asian chicken was good except for the icky chicken, looked like it was boiled or canned. The chicken Caesar was much better looking, grilled chicken breast.
Host had told me about 25-30 mins wait time for 2 adults and my 4 month old son, but waiting about an hour an a half. And when I asked how long once more he gave me attitudeHost continuously called out ppl that have already sat down, wasn't crossing ppls names off after been sat. Unorganized host. Meal was good but the whole getting sat down processes was bad
Went at a not busy time. Sat there waiting to be seated as five different workers looked and passed us by. Finally got seated. Was served by the time they came with a coffee refill I was just about done with my meal. Thanks but no thanks!!

Been tbere before never a problem. It seemed like last night the cooks were just trying to get the food out as quick as possible ( I get that). My food arrived timely,and I ordered breakfast for dinner. My bacon that I had ordered to be crispy came out and still was squealing no big deal because it happens all the time so naturally sent it back. The hashbrowns were also under cooked warm but almost like eating a raw potato. End of rant but not really hard to just take a little extra time to cook as ordered.

Food was desent but the service was horrible, waitress took our order someone else delivered it she stopped by 1x to ask how it was. My omelette was blah hash browns burned, husband got a salad but had to ask for dressing she never refilled drinks and 20 minutes after we finished eating we got up to go pay our bill since she never came to bring it to us and it was busy but not slammed
