Had biscuits and gravy, it was so-so. Not real impressed. I do however, love the atmosphere. The service was great.
Our waitress was not opening to give us what we ask for. Wrote down my order and only gave me half of it despite she didn't bill us. The food was delicious though. I was disappointed with the service of the waitress because she was a supervisor and being a supervisor myself, lead by example is important.

The food was served cold barely warm. The gravy was too salty. The food was reserved but didn't taste much better however it was hot then. We still had to pay full price. I would not go back most likely. The server was very nice and attentive tho.
First off I have eaten meals at this chain at several locations and this was the first bad experience. 10 people in our party and only 2 of us got exactly what we ordered. When the waiter took our orders he didn't write anything down and proceeded to mess things up. I ordered the meatloaf which is always good and as usual it was.
