RANT OF THE DAY: Tried to take the family to enjoy some #BlackBearDiner for breakfast and left 100% irritated, angry and highly disappointed. We've been to this location multiple times, so it's not a new place. We walked in, not busy at all, sat in front for 15 min. No one, not 1 person (there were atleast 6 people behind the counter) asked if we'd been helped. On top of that 3 OTHER families walked in and were helped immediately! Been going here since thay opened really enjoy how nice everybody is. Haven't been here in a while decided we would stop in and have dinner. I got my usual the Grizz Breakfast Platter my wife got the pot roast. My little one got a kids meal with a fruit bowl which had a dead fly in it. My pancakes were cold potatoes were under cooked. The waitress brought us a new fruit cup. But acted like it was no big deal the quality of the food was not what I was used to. I don't think I'll be going back to this Black Bear Diner.
Very poor service and ran out of certain dishes
So Black Bear diner in Sacramento is no better than Reno Lol I had my waitress Stacy come to my table . Asked what I wanted to Drink No sweet tea , so I asked for a Coke. Well ... A few minutes past Saw her twice After a few minutes .I started my clock Another 5 min past I see her again And get up off my table And say thank you. She replies your welcome. This location has gotten really bad it's very very disappointing this place has always been a great place but messing up an order twice and ignoring us is not a good way to earn more business. Our fries were cold and old. �
