We went here for the first time this weekend and we were pleasantly surprised at the portions, they were huge. The service is good, thanks Rachel, we received our food fast and it was still hot. Definitely would recommend it, can't wait to bring my boys here.

I have been to at least a dozen Black Bears from the West Coast to the Great State of Texas, and they have never let me down. The breakfast and lunch have been the same at each location.... Great!

Quinton "Q" was attentive from the second we came in and sat down! He gave us drinks within 2 minutes of taking our order and also gave us more time with the menu, our food came so quickly I had to rub my eyes and pinch myself to make sure it wasn't a dream! Excellent service! I will definitely bring my family next time! He even complimented my shirt, I HIGHLY recommend you come in and ask for Quinton.

Food is so yummy here! Such a cute place although the service is quite slow! It doesnt matter what day or time I go I always wait well over 30minutes for my food to arrive. Staff is friendly and welcoming
