The food was decent. My wife ordered tri tip dinner and there was a lot of grizzle. My friend and I ordered the Big Bear breakfast and added the fruit for $2.99. The bill comes and the fruit is $6.99 so I said can you please fix the price. She apologizes and says she will fix it. She comes back to me and says that the fruit was supposed to be a cup but they it was been removed from the menu and she gave us a bowl and the manager said since it was bowl the price is right. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but to be honest I will not return to any BB Diner. The menu is very similar to a Denny's or IHOP. The quality/taste of the food is where they fell flat. Also it took a very long time to get a seat, no line, just standing waiting. Then repeat that once you are seated. And again after you order. If you are craving diner food, hit up another place.

Unsatified customer Gross I word ordered a chicken fried steak. The 5 oz. It was a thin ground beef patty, and it was dry and over-fried. The mashed potatoes were sweet. I said I wouldn't say I liked it, so the waiter offered to bring me something different. I asked for a burger, which was just as bad. Guys, this place is terrible. Save your money, and don't waste your time. Not to mention is unsanitary. All glass was covered in fingerprints. Nasty stay away

Tried it again only because I was with friends who had never been, and just like my first try (The Woodlands location) it was a big let down. Waited at the hostess stand for at least 5 minutes without anyone saying anything to us although 2 employees walked past us. After being seated the waiter was pleasant, prompt, courteous, filled our glasses quickly and brought out condiments quickly, he was the only good part.
