Bobs burger ordered well done arrived almost raw. Fries were cold. Husbands entree ordered with side of grits. The grits didn't seem to have been cooked and were barely warm. Ketchup bottle had a few drops of ketchup but I opted to let them keep that (yuck). One visit will be the last. Love this chain in Colorado, but this was shameful.

Asked for roast and waitress came back to say that they "didn't have any" then proceeded to follow that up with "yeah they just have to pull everything out and chop up the veggies, it's just a lot of work yk?" okay? so which is it? you don't have the supplies to make it? or are the cooks just to lazy to make it? sounded like they were just too lazy. ended up getting a sandwich. Quite possibly the worst breakfast place I've been to in a while. Service was terrible as it took them 15, maybe even 20, minutes to attend our table. Waitress brought me the wrong order and when the correct one arrived, my eggs were not cooked properly & the pancakes were falling apart. Overall, horrible place.

Management is terrible! Manager STACI to be exact needs to talk to someone about the misleading false advertisement!! Don't believe the false advertisement of 2 free breakfast entrees!! Comes with stipulations that is never explained on the advertisement or the email that you receive. You can only get 1 free meal separate then the other on your bday. Which it does not explain!! Waste of time!!!

So, I ordered the pesto salmon for dinner and apparently they were out of the pesto sauce, and the manager supposedly didn't tell our server until she was about to bring it to the table.
