You're better off going to a Taco Bell or McDonald's You'd have better service and wouldn't have to wait hours for your food Waiters are slower then snails

The service was horrible. The waitress had an attitude. Other tables that came in after us and put their order in after us got their food before we got ours. They brought me the wrong order and I had to wait again to get my order. Both of our orders the food was cold when it was served. We had to get to-go boxes so that we could bring our breakfast home and heat it so that we could eat.

Bobs burger ordered well done arrived almost raw. Fries were cold. Husbands entree ordered with side of grits. The grits didn't seem to have been cooked and were barely warm. Ketchup bottle had a few drops of ketchup but I opted to let them keep that (yuck). One visit will be the last. Love this chain in Colorado, but this was shameful.

food was mid, service was trash. Asked for roast and waitress came back to say that they "didn't have any" then proceeded to follow that up with "yeah they just have to pull everything out and chop up the veggies, it's just a lot of work yk?" okay? so which is it? you don't have the supplies to make it? or are the cooks just to lazy to make it? sounded like they were just too lazy. ended up getting a sandwich. Quite possibly the worst breakfast place I've been to in a while. Service was terrible as it took them 15, maybe even 20, minutes to attend our table. Waitress brought me the wrong order and when the correct one arrived, my eggs were not cooked properly & the pancakes were falling apart. Overall, horrible place.
