Quite possibly the worst breakfast place I've been to in a while. Service was terrible as it took them 15, maybe even 20, minutes to attend our table. Waitress brought me the wrong order and when the correct one arrived, my eggs were not cooked properly & the pancakes were falling apart. Overall, horrible place.

Management is terrible! Manager STACI to be exact needs to talk to someone about the misleading false advertisement!! Don't believe the false advertisement of 2 free breakfast entrees!! Comes with stipulations that is never explained on the advertisement or the email that you receive. You can only get 1 free meal separate then the other on your bday. Which it does not explain!! Waste of time!!!

So, I ordered the pesto salmon for dinner and apparently they were out of the pesto sauce, and the manager supposedly didn't tell our server until she was about to bring it to the table. First mistake is that the manager should have come to the table with that news themselves. I NEVER send my food back, so I was going to eat it anyway event though the "pesto" is why I ordered it. The salmon was not dry, but over cooked with very little if any seasoning. I added salt, but the spinach it sat on had no seasoning either. Our ser... read more

The food was decent. My wife ordered tri tip dinner and there was a lot of grizzle. My friend and I ordered the Big Bear breakfast and added the fruit for $2.99. The bill comes and the fruit is $6.99 so I said can you please fix the price. She apologizes and says she will fix it. She comes back to me and says that the fruit was supposed to be a cup but they it was been removed from the menu and she gave us a bowl and the manager said since it was bowl the price is right. I was not going to argue. Instead I leave a review... read more

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but to be honest I will not return to any BB Diner. The menu is very similar to a Denny's or IHOP. The quality/taste of the food is where they fell flat. Also it took a very long time to get a seat, no line, just standing waiting. Then repeat that once you are seated. And again after you order. If you are craving diner food, hit up another place.
