Extremely slow service. We watched three servers walk by us and stand near us and visit with each other. No one acknowledged us. We got up and left and they just watched us and never said a word. Food looked great but unfortunately we wouldn’t know how it tasted since we were never waited on. 7/18/19 North Little Rock.

Second time to visit this location. First time was great. Tonight totally different story. Cold food, messed up order and service was very very slow. She made an effort to make things right by getting the manager to discount our meals, which we didn’t ask for. Offering to get our food remade and served hot would have gone further for me. Wasn’t looking for a cheap meal but a hot good meal like the last visit we had. Will most likely give it a third chance since they are one good one bad so far.
we loved this place when it first opened. now they have cut staffing and service has fallen off. took over an hour to get our food and orders where all wrong. very dissatisfied with the service.

Tonight, we decided to try it out for dinner during date night. We arrived at around 6 p.m., were seated promptly, and ordered our entrees. It was pretty busy, so we understood it might take a bit of time. However, after looking around for our waiter for a while, I realized it was 6:52 p.m. and we did not have our food. We had tickets to a movie that started at 7:20 and assumed almost an hour and a half would be plenty of time to grab dinner. After finding a large curly hair in my food, Robin snatched the plate out of my hand and stomped off without saying a word. The first few times we went were great, everything about each visit. The last 2 times... awful. The kitchen staff is going to kill the place.

Service took a while, waitress did not bring a side order we requested. When we asked for our ticket and said I guess you forgot the side order she told us they were short handed and nobody wanted to work.
