Need more cooks, faster service is a must, need more people that want to help you at the register food is really too expensive i probably won’t go back...I understand you must charge more because of where your store is, but it’s just not worth the trouble to go there sorry...

For me, the quality nor the taste of the food was what I’d hoped for. Large portions but tasteless.

The food was Bad!!!! Brown gravy like jelly,three bites of meat in pot roast! chicken in chicken and waffles hard! will never eat there again...The server was great! Will never eat there again!!

how are you still open in the South? powdered eggs, raw shaved hash browns, chicken fried steak that all breading and not good, cornbread that has so much flour it's basically a cupcake, green beans still raw and cold, French fries that had been redipped in grease to get them hot at least 3 or 4 times. we actually wondered if you took them off plates and reused them. we had to get up and refill our drinks ourselves. all that was around was unsweet tea so everyone else did without. Fries were cold, fish tasted like it had been sitting & then refried after being ordered, none of the sides for the fish came out, had to ask multiple times for things. Waitress brought out cornbread that we assumed came with meal turns out it was not. Was charged for it even though we did not ask for it... After letting manager know about food he put a discount on ticket, waitress brought it to us & walked away. came back took ticket & added drinks that she forgot the first time.. Will not be back!!!
instead of making people wait 15-20 minutes to be seated, how about seating people in the 8 or so empty tables? a mor visible please wait to be seated sign might help the clueless types who walk past the 20 or so people waiting to be seated and sit down in one of the empty seats...and get served immediately. one of them even made the comment of how there were plenty of empty tables. This was a late lunch; arriving at 2:30pm. Place was crowded and we waited about 15 minutes. Some servers leaving, some arriving, maybe a shift change. One lady asked for drink order. Another came later as "server." I ordered the pot roast with a salad, and it ALL came out at the same time. Eating the salad allowed the entree to cool off. Pot Roast had lots of celery and onion chunks, and the meat without fat was good, but the fat with meat wasn't; overcome by the onion/celery odor and taste. Service has gone down hill. Last time there 2 weeks ago, the service was terrible. Thought we’d try again. This time just walked out after not even being acknowledged at our table for 12 minutes. Eating at TGIFridays as of this post.
