Had breakfast there with my dad and grandfather. My grandfather had to send his meal back twice because it was cold. When the cashier found out he called the manager over and I told him about it he was terribly rude and acted like I was trying to get a free meal when I never asked to talk to him. All I wanted was an apology. It was horrible service even from the manager.
I feel there food could be a lot better we are fans but of the Cali and Vegas Resturant's they need to work on there cooking skills and serves

My mother and I had breakfast service was great, we got our order pretty quick coffee was great eggs were cooked to order the biscuits were delicious, however the bacon was very, very salty and the hash browns were over cooked and very mushy almost like they were left over baked potatoes. Fresh shredded would have been great.
We ordered take out for our Assisted Living Community from this diner. The employees were very helpful and helped me out to my car with all my bags. When I got back and passing out the meals we were missing two meals and the food was all ice cold. Had to call the corporate offices in order to talk with someone because we could not get a hold of anyone at the Ogden location.
Good experience. Just 2 of us, so we were seated right away. Server was a bit distracted by her job, stopped by to ask about our food as I finished the last bite, once again slow and food was slow. We had breakfast for dinner, would try it again.
