Service was horrible on 7/23/17... Yissell was the worst waitress I have ever encountered. Her lack of interest in any of her customers needs was pathetic... I will never come here again...
This place has not gotten better since opening. Took my family out to eat and found cooked cockroaches in our food. The waiter stated it had happened before from the potato's
I have been to several black bear diners before and I am sitting here sit to my stomach. We went and the service was terrible. The burger tastes boiled or steamed. My stomach hurts so bad right now as I am writing this review. I will never go back. Aweful!
First time there and it left a bad taste in my mouth, will not ever go back again. The servers were all standing at the register while we were waiting for our table to be ready, they not once said to us that it will be done in like 1,2,3, or 4 minutes until I had to go up there and ask when it would be ready. The guy was quite snippy with me and that right away turned me off with the restaurant already. We went there for the first time today. We were seated immediately about 4:45 PM. We were rushed to order. Once we ordered the salad came out quite quickly. The entree was quite a wait. Baked potato had no butter or sour cream which we asked for when we ordered. Steak was to be accompanied by onion rings, we had to ask for that. We received two tiny onions rings. Went there for the first time yesterday and was not impressed. The atmosphere was nice and clean, the service was ok, the food was alright but overpriced for the quality. I will not be returning.
