I met a friend they're for brunch at 10:30 am. Service was excellent. Breakfast did was great. Went back the next evening for dinner and had a very bad experience. The waiter was doing his best. Waited 35 mins to get our food. I ordered the ribs. Nothing but fat and gristle. Barbecue sauce didn't taste very good either. Mashed potatoes were too thick and Luke warm. The food was ok our waiter Chad was great, but we watched to many servers standing around doing nothing and we watched to different plates sit in the window one for 11 minutes other one 15 minutes the menu is way over priced $40.00 for the 2 of us we should of went to Chilies for their 2 for 20 we would of got 10 times the food at a better price wont be going there again should of looked at the reviews first!!!
The dinner service was faster then for breakfast which is still extremely slow. Went for dinner at 5:45 out of tri tip so ordered the ribeye now out of baked potato got mashed . Food was hot but steak no flavor but tender . So asked for some wine nope don't have it . :(

What the heck happened to you guys!! Ordered the meat loaf with brown gravy and got running brown crap with lumps of slimy junk in it!! I have pictures made public on my page if you would like to see!! Then, I got told off for not using the app to order!! I'm sorry if I don't have that kind of phone. How about you take my order! It's called doing your job!!!

Went out to black bear diner and what a fascinating place to dine....service was absolutly wonderful with such a kind welcome to facility....our server yissett seemed to know very much on many option's there were always had a question for the customer....i will not hesitate one minute to go there even for cup of coffee...for those whom love a country fried chicken this place will put any other to shame as that darn near melts in your mouth....for those that havent tried black bear diner need to witness a fabulously fantastic... read more
