Stopped by on a Saturday around 1:30. It was busy. Had to park vehicle behind paved parking in the mud---not enough parking space. Got seated within 10 minutes. Waitress brought us drinks and then was gone a while. Came back and asked if someone had taken our order. No not yet so she did. We ordered chicken fried steak and turkey sandwich. This is our favorite chain restaurant but the ones we have been to in Utah are horrible. My son got sick from the food, it wasn't cooked completely, stuff missing from the orders, this location really gives the whole company a bad impression. Next time I will just want until we can eat at the one in Redding., CA.
Food was pretty good. Nothing over the top but not bad. The service was the worst I had in a long time at any restaurant. I had catch my waitress as she was walking by to get a refill. And she didn't come to our table other than to bring the food.

Atmosphere was good. Service was slow but they were extremely busy. Server was very nice. The wait was just too long when you have several kids. Didn't like the new Mediterranean Salad. Overall, the rest of the food was good and good sized portions. We would go back.

I am not a person to generally give a low rating, but our experience at this restaurant was terrible! We were seated fairly quickly, but didn't receive an acknowledgement from our server for a very long time. The couple that was seated across from us (that had been seated after us) received their drinks and ordered their food before our waitress ever stopped at our table. She finally came to our table and had zero idea about the menu and kept asking random questions that had nothing to do with what we ordered. Again, we wait... read more
They took forever to seat us about 45 minutes is what it took they also gave our seats to someone else, this wouldn't have been a huge deal except we were my disabled grandmother who is on crutches. The service from there was awful, we got our dinner food before our appetizers or our drinks, we had to ask 6 times for the rest of our food that we were missing 2 of those times we had asked the manager and even he forgot about it. After we had finally gotten our food and drinks the food was undercooked and some of it was cold. ... read more
