First time out to black bear diner at any location. Waited 25 minutes for a table, no big deal, then sat down and waited over 1 hour with still no food. Our waitress stated there we still multiple people ahead of us waiting for food. The table behind us had been waiting for 2 hours. We ended up leaving without ever receiving our food. Pathetic for a new location. Would not recommend!

I was so bummed that after 40 minutes of waiting for our food, it was cold and we only saw our waitress twice. We went fairly early in the morning as to avoid the crowds and there were only 15-20 other people dining. I hope that our bad experience is just because they are still figuring it out.

We came in for breakfast today at 7 am it was pretty slow. Waited 10 minutes at the from before any employees acknowledged we were there. Our waitress was nice but really slow. We ordered our food and 53 minutes later it came out. My husband got the wrong potatoes and mine was extremely cold. Then we went to pay and stood at the counter for 15 minutes before someone came to help us pay our bill. I dont know of its the kitchen or the waitresses but for being so slow in their we should have gotten better service. We wont be b... read more

Never in my life have I sat in a waiting room with a 35 to 40 min wait for over an hour, while watching a table sit un cleaned that was big enough for our party for 20+ min while we listened to the employees bicker about who was taking the table and they all said not me or not my problem, at one point there were 9 employees standing behind the front counter area. Maybe 3 of them were actually doing anything the rest were doing nothing to take care of customers. It was the worst display of customer service I have ever seen. S... read more
