Never in my life have I sat in a waiting room with a 35 to 40 min wait for over an hour, while watching a table sit un cleaned that was big enough for our party for 20+ min while we listened to the employees bicker about who was taking the table and they all said not me or not my problem, at one point there were 9 employees standing behind the front counter area. We were so excited to go out to a new spot in Ogden. Our party was for 7, the wait was 30-40 minutes not too bad and we were willing to wait. A table top opened and no one cleaned it up, we waited and waited - nothing. Finally the servers were arguing about why they should NOT have take a table of 7 right in front of us. We asked to speak to a manager and the hostess replied that us not being sat was not her problem. Had high hopes. The quality of the food did not outweigh the scatter brained nature of the service and the wait time. Your kitchen is a well oiled machine, but the front of the house has some squeaky wheels. You guys have no PM option on here. Call me at 801-389-2327 so you can win me back.

We went out as a family last night and thought we should try the here since it's new. I expected a wait. But we waited for over an hour. Once we finally got a table it took about 45 min to get just mine and two kids meals. After another 45 minutes or so we received the others food. We got there around 6:00 and didn't leave until around 8:30. Our server was great and kept checking in. You could tell the cooks and the people taking the food to the tables had no idea what was going on and we're all getting upset with each other... read more
Since it is a new restaurant I expected a few hiccups. But what we got today was a joke. The food was ok but took about a hour to get the service was terrible. The menu has one of the worst layouts I've ever seen. I would say it's not worth the time or the money. It's to bad I had high hopes for it.

We did not stick around the man that seated us spoke so loud as if he were yelling at us and when we stated we were ok just drinking water more then one person asked us if all we wanted to drink was water.We never placed our order we just left .
