This is our third visit to the Owasso, Ok. Location. Today, it took 20 minutes for the food to arrive. My sandwich was supposed to come with avocado on it and there was none. I brought this to the attention of the server and she said “well would you like me to bring you some avocado”. The bread was supposed to be toasted and it was just dried out not toasted. Right from the beginning the Credo's that you're so proud of in your corporate office were put to the test. It’s just too bad your employees don’t care about them like you do. Trent, our server, couldn't even pull off the easiest of all, Credo #2: "Your server will give the attention you deserve (hopefully with a little personality, too). Went into the restaurant to enjoy your all you can eat Fish, cole slaw, french fries and hushpuppies. We were seated at 3:48 and were told the fish couldn't be ordered yet, which was fine. Waitress took our drink order in which I ordered ice tea. She brought the tea and the ice was already melted. I asked for a cup of ice, took her 12 minutes to return with it and asked us if we were ready to order, said yes, we would like the all you can eat fish. Our family had a mixed experience. Our server, Ashley, was quite lovely: very friendly and hardworking. Three of our entrees were enjoyable and would be reordered, but our breakfast entree was a disaster. Poached eggs came out hard boiled and the hash browns were completely black and crusty. The biscuit was hard like a baseball. The kitchen was slow on remaking the items, and it all came out piecemeal, so my son never received a fully edible meal. We, a party of three were seated quickly, however that is where the good service ended. We ordered coffee and water as the beverages. Coffee arrived cold, and it was cold. We asked for some hot coffee and about 30 minutes later we asked again for the coffee, the server said “ please be patient with me as I am training another server”. This is 2 Nd time at restaurant one in Tulsa once in Owasso ! Food both times were Luke warm at best ! Didn’t want to make a fuss ! Will give u one more chance to get me some hot food ! Then I am done ! Waitress was very nice !
Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted by the three hosts. Not a single one of them smiled or even seemed to care and took their sweet time seating the guests in front of us then us. The SERVER who took us to our table had said to the hosts that he was seating us in his section, sat us, THEN never came back. We TRIED to eat at your restaurant yesterday. After waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes, my husband went to check where we stood on the list and was notified our name was not on the list. The person was rude and said he could add our name to the BOTTOM of the list and wait another 15 or so minutes. Our granddaughters were getting restless and we couldn't wait anymore so we decided to leave. I was so looking forward to my lunch there. But, ended up down the street. Not a good start on our part.
I know it's a new location but the cooks should know what the item consist of. Half the ingredients we're missing from my dish and my husband ordered extras on his that we were charged for but didn't come on the dish.
