Went to black bear by quails springs mall tonight. The food was good was brought out by kitchen right after Daja brought out our soup and salad. Happy we got food but would of been nice if we were able to finish our soup and salad first, but it was good. The issue was the air conditioner was on and it was cold. We heard four different tables ask for the heater to be turned on everyone had their jackets on. Slow service and when I finally got my food it was cold. Dry eggs, raw potatoes, puny bacon advertised as “thick cut”, never got a refill of my coffee (which was awful). Inedible slop. Our waitress was nice, at least.

We've eaten at the Memorial Road store a handful of times since they opened and it was good enough, and definitely better than the Midwest City location, which was inedible from day 1. Went in to the Memorial Road location tonight, July 3, 2019 and the food was awful there now too. I was served cold red potatoes and biscuits that could break a window. Terrible food and cramped little tables. Took forever to get the food and when it finally came the eggs were way overcooked and the bacon was raw. This place is gross. Save your money.

Disappointing. We had pot pies. The sauce was weird. The onion rings seemed like frozen. Would not recommend either. Corn muffin was good. I expected “home” style food. But it seemed like cooked from frozen. The server was great at first and then she just disappeared. Husband waited 10 minutes for a refill. Finished his food before she came back. Not sure we will go again.

We picked up an order that was missing the green beans, the Meatloaf was under cooked, and the Squash and Bell Pepper vegetables had no seasoning or very little. One of us had the Pot Roast which he said was amazing. House salad so so.

So disappointed. I had been before and food was good but this time it was awful. Mac&cheese was clumpy and tasted like powder cheese, not to mention the noodles were not cooked. We also got cold sausage gravy on the chicken fried steak. I felt bad because I talked my husband into going and he had a bad experience. Will not return
