Disaster was hoping it had improved I would give zero stars if I could. I did not get any pics of the food. Ordered a Parmesan sourdough burger that was supposed to have Swiss cheese and substitute a veggie patty. The first time the server brought something on marbled rye bread that had a burned burger patty. Ordered meatloaf din it was not even warm tasted like there was way too much bread crumbs it it, the onions topped on was dry and like rubber band, the grn beans super salty and mush. Black Bear Diner - Rancho Cucamonga Waited so long I started questioning my life choices. Should've walked out--would've dodged a bullet and a depression meal. Pancakes were grief-flavored, bacon had the texture of regret, and the coffee tasted like betrayal. Free birthday meal, but somehow still felt robbed.

overcooked or dry food, slow service due to staffing shortages, and unhelpful staff. We been waiting for a hour for our meals. And the audacity for the manager to tell us "you need something?" When we got our meals it was fine, however the sandwich was dry and had little to no chicken. The waitress never came to by to see if we needed water or anything. As a waitress you're supposed to check if customers need anything. Also They only had 1 cook. The waitress also kept rolling her eyes. The coffee was cold

You're really hungry and you want good food don't come here. We're just walked out. Cold food and service is very slow. I went to other diners and I love love their pancakes. My pancakes were stiff, hard and cold food never again. In Rancho Cucamonga.

Something changed. Ordered through Grubhub the same thing I've ordered for years. Chicken fried steak. It was disgusting. Different meat tasted cheap. Corn on the cob had more gravy than the meat and potatoes and the gravy was watered down. I will never eat there again.

ive been to this location numerous times and theyve been going downhill fast for the last 6-8 months unfortunately. i took my bf here for his birthday brunch just this past wednesday and the service was lacking- our waiter was kind but he was scatterbrained, forgot to put in the order for my bf's sides (he ordered strawberry waffle with scrambled eggs and chicken sausage), and then he took forever with the check and never asked us if we needed anything else once he brought the food. now onto the real issue- the food sucked... read more

Food not as good as when they first opened. I order pancakes and country potatoes and my pancakes were raw in the middle not fully cooked. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said they will remake them to go if I like. Also my potatoes were cold not fresh like if they have been sitting out for awhile. Coffee tasted burnt. Quality has gone down hill, I'm surprised they're still in business
