If this had ZERO STARS I WOULD RATE 0! I was expecting to have your regular tri tip diner dinner. They came back with tri tip that NOT EVEN MY SHIH TZU would eat! I ate it because I had such a long day and I was starving! I now have a stomach ache! The server told us we couldn't get Med Rare because they COULDNT DO THAT which is false because we used to come here and they never had an issue! First off, they have a B rating which was shocking but we decided to go anyway because of great past experiences . However, we should have adhered to my initial hesitation from the B rating. It's obvious that their quality and service has depreciated tremendously! The management has brought this once lovely restaurant down to the ground! It's definitely not the same restaurant it once was and in need of an overhaul.

I would give this restaurant zero stars based solely on how the manager runs and operates this location. My husband and I came to eat here for breakfast and waited well over 40 minutes for our food as we watched families of 6+ who got seated after us all get their food before us. I went to ask someone whom i thought was another server walking by to see if he could check on our food because our server was busy, he ignored me the first two times i attempted to get his attention and then he finally turned around and put a finge... read more

I don't know how this place gets such good reviews. Inside is vey dusty and all around feels dirty , with old crusty carpet. I had a hair in my omelette, the coffee tasted very watered down all the condiments on the table seem expired.I won't be returning to black bear at least not this location.

The food we ordered the prime rib. Was discusting. Everyone in the restaurant gave back their food the cook seems as if never cooked in life the dishwasher had cloves on cleaning and passing out food. I took a picture of the food unbelievably
