Why does the customer have to pay for the food the kitchen/seever messes up??? Something as simple as adding cheese and then melting it on a sandwich is not asking a whole lot. But yet I still had to pay for half price of a meal(did not quite eat half of the dried out over salted tri tip sandwich). I tried to stomach it because everyone else were enjoying their meals but only ate about 1/3 of the sandwich and the majority of the tiny portion of fries I got.
