No place to change my babies diaper. No oatmeal. Mediocre food at best and bad service.

Service was okay. They moved our server mid meal so then it was fend for ourselves, I guess. Ordered the club. What I got was deli meat, tomato’s, and lettuce served on “toast” with the consistency of charcoal briquettes.
My fries where warm not hot. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. I specifically said meat and cheese nothing else. I got my burger with thousand island dressing on it and mayo. The bacon was undercooked. I have never ate at Black Bear and most likely won’t in the future.

Service started out good but changed up real quick didn’t see our server again till check time. It took forever for the food and to get a table and could someone clean the window sills dead flies and moths quite a few of them on a plus food was good
DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY!! POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR SERVICE, EVEN WORSE FOOD! Kitchen staff messed up 3 TIMES on a simple turkey club b/c they kept forgetting ingredients on the sandwich. Weekend male mgr was frustrated that I asked for my money back and told me to accept the sandwich b/c it was "free". Waitress named Morgan actually yelled at me after I was walking away saying "Go, just go. We don't want you here." I was on a road trip and had a fantastic experience at another BBD location.
