3/5/2021 3:30 pm, not good. bacon cooked at 6am hard and overcooked, hashbrowns burnt, eggs cold, pancakes raw in center, come on cooks,get it together. maybe nextime.
Food was ok but a particular member of the staff made the visit highly unpleasant. If you patronize them, be vocal about customer service so management will take notice and it might improve.
They hire convicted child abusers! They have an employee now that works there! I will not support any Black Bear for this reason!
Improper mask-wearing or no masks at all by employees
horrible food and not that great for service.

ordered the beyond burger, waitress came back to table, said they were out. instead ordered a caesar salad with avocado. very thin slices of avocado and lettuce leaves were warm, not cold or crispy
