Breakfast there is pretty good and the staff is great in the morning, unfortunately I don't have the same experience in the evening for dinner. The food was cold and staff seemed preoccupied? Even though it was slow.
Waited 20 min before anyone even came to table to ask for drinks then waitress made two malts instead of what we ordered one malt and one shake w our lunch... it just kept getting worse Reasons we don't eat here very often.... always poor service.
My service was horrible aside from the gentleman who seated us and took our drink order. My food was ok at best and the waitress when she did come and provide service was non attentive. I got a berry pie to go and it was absolutely horrid. The berries must have been previously frozen and we're mushy and bitter. I have never been to a black bear diner that has not been top notch til now.
Coffee was sour. Veggie omelet was dry. The cinnamon french toast was very good.

The last time I went here with my family, we were treated horribly. When we ordered our dessert pies, the waitress told my mom that they were out with an attitude and when we got up to pay minutes later, there were dozens of pies including the kind she ordered in the case!! We do not like being lied to! Plus the fries were cold! Lost good customers that day, never going back.
