The service was slow the food was not so good the server didn't refill my coffee til I was ready to leave STAFF MEMBERS WHERE RUDE...
Not what it use to be that's for sure! They are not allowed to offer a straw?? Found a burnt to a crisp something in my country potatoes nearly broke a tooth! wife's Tri tip dip sandwich was dry and reheated! when I addressed the problem the waitress seemed mad and stormed off to get the assistant manager I showed her and she went and got the manager she offered to redo it but no thanks! My wife and I had early dinner there Friday night. 1st thing is our server went on break as soon as we sat fown. She didn't tell anyone. We waited 10 minutes for someone. Finally I aked someone to take our order. My hot turkey open face sandwich was horrible. Gravy was awful. Turkey was cold. The bread was stale. My wife and I won't be back.
So much better than the sparks location. Quality food that doesn't break the bank.
Hoping a manger sees this because I couldnt get a manager on Sunday. We had the WORST service ever on Sunday. I get that its busy but service was so bad. Our son was home from college in Ohio & brought his girlfriend. He wanted Black Bear so we went for breakfast. Our server was inattentive (refilled my sons coffee cup only once) but the kicker was our food. Three (3) tables that were seated AFTER our order was taken were served their food before our food came out. It took 45 minutes (close to an hour) for our food and ... read more
