The food was alright but the server had kept on messing up from brining wrong order or forgetting to bring something asked for a lot

Visited on my birthday I understand the fourth is a really busy day but the service was awful. Not only did it take forever to get our food but the bacon was completely burnt, black! The biscuit was hard and crumbly and pancakes rubbery. To top it off my son found a hair in his food.

It was the worst experience ever there. The cooks got two steaks out and two CFS out before kids cheese pizza took 20 minutes for them to come out then my food was cold. Took for ever to get drinks

Horrible place. Waited for 35 mins for fish and chips. The waiter throws the plate in front of me with soggy fries. The couple seated next to me was served and almost finished eating before my meal. They even started joking about it. I couldn't find anyone to complain to so I walked out.

We love other black bears. This one we sat down for 20 mins and our server never came by. Only tried to take our order once we were getting up to leave . I understand that you might be busy but 20 mins with out a hello is not acceptable.

Waited 45-50 minutes for our food. Had to ask for a menu, flag down a waitress, what was suppose to be thick sliced French toast was instead sour dough bread! Reordered to cinnamon toast and it was soggy! Thankful the coffee was good. Bad management, slow cooks. Will never go to Black Bear restaurant on Virginia street, Reno, NV again.
