We came back again, this time for a Mother/Daughters brunch on Mothers Day. Considering it was little busy, we still really enjoyed our experience! I was so glad we got Shelly as our server, she was amazing, attentive and so kind. Really one of the best servers ever. We all loved our food, everything was cooked to perfection. Thanks again Black Bear Diner! Until next time!

Great wait staff. We were seated quickly, the food was great. My sister found a stray hair on her food (It happens at any restaurant) , and they replaced her plate the second it was mentioned.
Great restaurant for mid-priced food. The short ribs are as good as it gets. Unfortunately this restaurant is in Utah and thus no cocktail service. If passing through Richfield again, we'd still stop again.
Fast service. Friendly staff. Very full after leaving. The biscuits and gravy were about huge. The eggs were perfect. I go in and out quickly.
Bring your appetite. They do feed you. If you go away hungry, it's your fault. Food was high quality too. Price was very reasonable. I'll be back.
Took forever to get a table, but that is to be expected on the first week of the restaurant opening. Our waitress was obviously still learning "the ropes", but again, that is to be expected. The food was delicious and is very consistent. Having eaten at every Black Bear in Utah, the food is always the same and is very good. Go a little early if you don't want to wait, but the wait will be worth it.
This was the worst meal I've had in a very long time. Our waitress was friendly, that's the nicest thing I can say about this experience. It took over 30 minutes to get our meal. The pancakes were crusty and lukewarm, the omelette was greasy and overcooked, the hash browns were inedible because of the amount of oil, and the toast was not toasted. The waitress never asked how our food was because she knew. Ick!

Food was subpar... Yet again. I've given this franchise several chances, and I keep hoping it's gonna get better. No matter which location I go to, it's just not the greatest. This location was no exception. Omelets need to be more than a cooked egg pancake then folded over ham, cheese onions and tomatoes. Why can't they grill the filling within the egg while it cooks, like the proper way to make an omelet. Pancakes weren't much better. Bland and flat.
