I went there with my daughter and granddaughter to eat one day and my daughter ordered the all you can eat fish and I ordered the ribeye steak. And they took forever to service us. We waiting like 45 minutes. When we finally got the food my ribeye steak was cold and so was the fish. My ribeye steak looked like it had been boiled and not cooked on the grill. Ate there around 2pm I paid with my debit card and left a tip but I just looked at my account & they over charged me $40 WTF

Long story short Service is good But the food itself was just not the same like the other locations. So my gf ordered the breakfast country fried steak & the hashbrown was stale & soaked in oil. Looked like it was sitting around then they just decided to just put it out. I went in with a friend and wow it was a horrible experience. Xavier was our server and let me tell you this now....that boy needs to do a better job being a server rather than just having his little "crew" of laziness around. From the moment we sat in his section to the moment we got up to go pay, we barely saw him. And when he came to drop off our check, Xavier was like "don't forget to tip the best server black bear has to offer".......Like no hunny I've seen better servers than this guy and they deserve a raise.
