We are long time customers and fully understand that these are difficult times for our local businesses. We went for a late lunch today at about 2:10 and were told there was approximately a 10 minute wait. There were 3 parties ahead of us. At 2:35, we were still waiting but we understand that wait time can be difficult to determine. took 15 to wait for host to get seated with no one waiting. 10 minutes before they asked for our drink order. Then asked for today's soup and waitress said they didnt have any soup today. This black bear diner is never stocked. poor service. All other Black bear diners much better.. They seem to get worse every year when it comes to dinners and desserts. But on the positive side the breakfasts are great!
Slow and food was not hot.

Lunch food was not good! Messed up everyone’s order
Exceedingly slow service again! Screwed up my order again too..........This was the fourth and final strike for the Black Bear Diner dinner at this location. Will avoid the entire franchise from now on.

Very slow service, and very expensive. Really not worth the money at all.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food, that never arrived, the kitchen was having a lot issues, finally we left. Never to comeback. It was a horrible experience and a waste of my time.
